5 Lightweight Truck Campers with Bathrooms
Truck campers might have all the camping gear they need. These campers are compact and can be transported around without needing to be towable.
You can remove them and leave them at basecamp to make day trips with the truck. These campers are available in many sizes and configurations, including lightweight models.
What is a lightweight truck camper van?
A lightweight truck camper is one that weighs less than 2,000 lb. A half-ton pickup truck can carry the camper. There are several popular models of these trucks, including the Ford F-150 and Ram 1500. You can also choose from different sizes so that you can fit your truck bed.
You can find lighter truck toppers or popups that weigh between 1,000 and 1,500 lb. However, many of these ultralight designs do not include what outdoor enthusiasts want: a full-sized bathroom with a shower.
While some lightweight truck campers have toilets, having a full bathroom can be a real luxury.
Some versions, such as the Cirrus 680, may include a cassette toilet. However, the shower and sink necessary are not always included. A full bathroom, either dry or wet, can make the camper feel like a home.
These five truck campers have bathrooms and are perfect for those who feel the need to take a shower after a long day. These campers can be purchased new directly from the manufacturer.
